Mădălina Dascăl

Mădălina Dascăl is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, specializing in Community law, class of 2009.

She is one of the founders of the company, as a solicitor and barrister specialised in commercial law since 2010.

She became specialised in legal advice on trade, debt recovery procedures and insolvency proceedings, and negotiations and contracts of any kind, protecting and studying clients’ interests in all areas where they are involved.

She successfully assists renowned clients, providing advice and representation in all that the business segment means, using her creativity and knowledge to successfully promote the interests of her clients.

She also provides advice and representation in labour law, where she assists both employer, and employee clients, always ensuring respect for rights due.

In family law, she assists clients in all disputes involving family law, such as divorces and division of marital property, exercise of guardianship authority, procurement of protection orders.

She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
