BD partners private law firm has been established in early 2015, after more than 5 years of professional cooperation between the two partner lawyers: Alex Marenov and Mădălina DASCĂL.

The company is based in Cluj-Napoca but represents clients throughout Romania. We have collaborators in several cities in the country.

Our lawyers are experienced both in court, as barristers, and in advice.

The passion and dedication of the lawyers of our company, for the legal profession, come from a personal belief that the solutions that we offer our clients not only solve some conflicts, they are meant to change lives and create, develop value in the lives of the people with whom we interact.
